Good course overall, with gradual improvements over the last few years. Is becoming one of the better courses on the Bellarine peninsula. Still needs to improve in a couple of areas such as the bunkers. Other than that is always a pleasure to play.

i think the course is great. if you hit a bad shot your still in the game. when i played ther the tee offs where basicly dirt and the 14th green had tyre marks. my fav hole would have to be the 17th i love the pin place-ment and the green is fantatic.

It is a little rippa this course. It rewards good shots and punishes bad ones. I am a little biast because this is my home course but it is in great nick this time a year.

A lovely golf course a pleasure to play. Not too taxing but will keep you honest. Friendly prop shop staff. Well worth a visit. I’ll be back

Whilst many other tracks around the Bellarine Peninsula share the spoils of higher profiles such as Curlewis, Queenscliff, Point Lonsdale - Portarlington is right up there, and exceeds, with the best the Peninsula has to offer.

Recent redesigns by Tony Cashmore has improved Portarlington out of sight.

The course has good length -and would traditionally suit your longer hitters - even though their signature hole, the 17th, is a little doozy.
