A surprisingly good little course tucked away on probably the most spectacular part of the Australian coastline. It is not unusual to share the fairways with a few local wallabies (of the pouched variety). I expected slow but durable greens and instead discovered very good consistency and pace (apart from one temporary green)which were superior to some other so called metropolitan courses I have played. It was well worth the stop and the locals were very friendly. The course is a good test of golf with no mickey mouse par 4 holes and accuracy is the key. Not short par 36 of 2,900 metres and we were all challenged to play to our handicaps of 7, 9 & 12. visit http://www.bichenogolf.org.au/ for more info.
