Located 125km south of Perth just off the Albany Hwy lies the small mining town of Boddington. The golf course opened about 20 years ago and is a straightforward country course with sand greens and well maintained fairways. Best to play during the winter months due to the lack of reticulation, the fairways are lush and green thanks to high rainfall at that time of year. The majority of the trees on the course were put in place when it was built and are starting to reach maturity now with plenty of pine, jarrah and gum trees to contend with. The course is almost hazard-free, except for a couple of water hazards on the front nine. A lot of up/downhill holes can make club selection difficult.
