Excellent layout with magnificent trees. Fairways reticulated but not recommended for play in the Summer

18 hole small country town course, recently changed from sand to grass greens. Greens are small and most are upturned saucer shape so difficult to get it close. If you fly the ball to the green they tend not to stop and the change to grass greens and reticulation mean that in front of the green is now lush, so the ball will stop rather than run onto the green. Fairways are reasonable with preferred lies in place. If you get off the fairway you will not get a good lie, so accuracy is important. A reasonable layout and definitely walkable. Green fees of $15 are quite cheap. It is a course that you could play if you were in the area, the reticulation system is helping and for a small club it is well cared for. They are adding a few bunkers and mounding around the greens to improve the course.
