challanging layout that needs rain! the only thing thats green here are the greens which were great to put on! fairways were a dust bowl which made it hard to land a tee shot on the fairway after it rolled an extra 50 metres into trouble. before u play here make sure the fairways look green or it will be a long day!

Having recently played here I must admit I was pleasantly suprised as the course has improved significantly since I was last here six years ago. The fairways are great and they had a very good covering of Couch. It is a fairly east walk and the views of the bay make the effort worth while. Sadly the greens haven’t changed much and for the visitor they become demoralizing as it is very easy to three or four putt.

i played this course in a tournament recently i found the course to be in good condition and some of the views to be outstanding. the only down side were the greens which were cut very short making for almost unplayably quick putts but having said this a good putter (unlike myself) who plays this course may grow to love the greens. i found the trainee professional to be very helpful and patient with my questions

Played this a few years ago when unfortunately there was a big drought. Layout was fine and reasonably flat so you could get around quick.

Well things have certainly changed since 2009 – the course is in fantastic condition! Green everywhere (well except the bunkers!) A recently completed dam and two new holes make this a very interesting course with plenty of challenges for the experienced golfer and beginner alike. The legend couch on all fairways provides a great playing surface. Very reasonable green fees and great views. Friendly club with plenty of facilities for after golf. I have played most courses in this area and love Clifton Springs.
