This is a good course for beginners. It is fairly easy and not too crowded, so experienced players aren’t frustrated by waiting behind slower learners.

But I wouldn’t recommended it for players looking for a challenge.

PROS

  • Good for beginners

Cons

  • Not for anyone about 'beginner' status

I thought I'd add some details to its profile from the scorecard. Par 27 measuring 744 metres! Yes only 744m. Shortest hole is 64m and the longest is 112m.

Only a course to play on if you are 'under the influence' as it poses no real challenge. It doesnt even measure to work on your game with many holes on real courses not this short. The pitch & putt at Terry Hills will beat this course on quality and challenge. On the proposed F6 land that should give way to it or a driving range, but still probably too less land for that even. Enough time wasted on this synthetic tees carpet-like greens of a course...

This course is basically a par 3 course, with no hole over 115m. Previous reviewer summed it up well, only 2 clubs are needed here.

They should close this course and turn it into a driving range. Some tees have a synthetic mat on them, so they are nearly there in making a driving range. Greens, if I can call it that, are terrible and resemble sandy greens of some country courses.

Fun if you do not take your golf too seriously. My mates and I refer it to the as "The Cabin Boys Pleasure" and always enjoy it. Wayne Riley now runs it and has improved it a lot. If you have a spare hours and you are near by give it a go. You only need a wedge and a putter.

Almost a pitch & putt.
