This is actually a decent course only 25km NE of Geraldton in the small settlement of Nanson.

Cost is only $2 and is brilliant value.

This is 18 holes with sand greens.

There are fairly straightout holes, some with some diffculty and some long holes.

The 6th is a 260 yd direct dog-left hole. Either you can lay up and go 130m straight, or short-cut through the semi bushes and end up about 30 yds short of the green.

The 15th is a long sweeping right par 5 that seems to go forever.

Best played from March (there are fewer weeds) to around october (weeds are dying and course season finishes up.

I recommend this course be played on Mondays, the day after the club day when the greens are still in top nick.

Thoroughly enjoyable course.
