Had a enjoyable round here. Not sure if it’s the $10,000 spent on irrigation of the 1st fairway that has been repeated course wide or just the recent rain but the course was green and a SW was only needed for the bunkers that were soft and fluffy sand. It’s a nine hole layout with alternate tees to make 18. I played from 8am and enjoyed a peaceful round. The course has more challenges than I expected for a small town which was a welcome surprise.Fees $10 for 9 and $15 for 18. One of the few operating Drive-Ins in the township too. I got the kids to come and made a trip of it. Will do again.Enjoyable.

Played 9 holes during a recent holiday from china. Greens were good but fairways are atrocious, you need a SW for most as red bull dust forms a good portion of the fairways. An intersting game but I would not gop back to play again. T^here are so many really good small 9 hole courses in this region, if you are short of time you will not miss much by not playing here.

This is a 9 hole course with two sets of tees to make it interesting to play. It is a good layout, but the greens were a little bumpy and slow.
We played on Wednesday, just after the Ladies Comp and had a good run. The fairways were in reasonable condition and with preferred lies on the short grass there were no issues with any less grassed areas.
It is an easy walk, so no problems there.
The green fees of $15 for 18 holes are very reasonable. If you are travelling from the West it is the first place you get to with grass greens since Mt Isa, and so excites a fanatic. Certainly worth a game and enjoyable. There is a green fee box near the first tee for payment, so unless you are there on a weekend, dont expect to use the clubhouse.
