Swooping magpies, pins placed on stone covered bubbles of the green(if that is what they called it) and poor signage. The front 9 is ok and the 10th and 18th. It needs lots of water but you can get around on your own in 2 hours and the beer is cold.

This course is now 18 holes and has a respectable little club shack. It used to be a cane farmers private toy and new owners have taken it over. Not a difficult course but is good for a social hit and beginners. They are trying hard to improve it and for those who haven't played there for years will be surprised. Many new trees have been planted. Hit irons straight and pitch sensibly and no dramas. Easy to get on. Will only improve as grass knits and shrubs grow.

Two separate groups of nine holes, one for social players and one for club members. The club nine is much nicer and has a variety of par 3, 4 and 5 holes. Some greens are hard (due to ironstone base), but the course plays well if you hit the ball straight. Some bunkers and water hazards that need to be avoided but a course that is constantly improving.
