A golfer can always remember his best ever score. A 20odd handicapper won't let anyone else forget either!
A short nine holer with not a great deal of tee change for the back nine does not mean no challenge. Packed in to a smallish area, ingenuity replaces metres so put your big waddy away and try finesse.
The three par threes in the middle are tricky and keep your wits about you while there, there is a bit of chris-crossing going on. An internal out of bounds is also different.

This is a very short nine hole course, par 32 for Men and 33 for Women. There are two sets of tees to make 18 holes, but there aren’t many holes where it is significantly different on the back nine.
The fairways were in good condition and the greens were surprisingly firm and not as slow as they look.
We played midweek and there wasn’t anyone around, but if it got a bit crowded it could be dangerous as the holes are close together without much protection.
There are 4 par 3’s, with three in a row (4,5,6 & 13,14,15). A couple of short dogleg par 4’s and three fairly straight and longish par 4s to finish (the 8th is a par 5 for Ladies). There are some water hazards around, especially the 3rd/12th hole, but nothing too dramatic.
The green fees of $15 are good value for what you get. Worth a game if you are in the area.
