Played here over the easter break. A very nice country still club. The clubhouse itself needs a huge makeover as it looks like it is from the 1950’s. It will need a huge lift with the New Zilzie Bay GC going in up the road.
The course is very nice and only a little challenging. The course is made up of 14 holes with 1-4 played twice with different tee positions to make up the 18.
All in all can’t complain for $50 includes a motorised cart, 18 holes and friendly greeting which makes for a great day out!!!
PROS
- Value for Money, Culture of the patrons, Course condition
Cons
- Having to play holes twice.

The Emu Park Golf Club is located 2 minutes from the heart of town. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is casual.
The current course layout is
14 holes, with plans to increase the size to a full 18 hole course.
The course is famous for its 2nd hole hazard...a freshwater croc!! So don't worry about attempting to retrieve your ball!!
All in all a nice experience.

Emu Park golf course has the narrowest fairways i have played on the cap coast, the greens are true but challenging with well watered fairways. With current plains to add length to the shortish layout of 5303m par 70 with a tuff ccr of 67.
(you will do well to play to your handicap 1st game)
This is not a putting comp course more of a placement game off the tee and to mid size greens.
$15 green fees
$30 for a Carts
