This joint is great. Don’t get me wrong, its nothing to right home about, but if your going to have a 5200m course, there is not much more you can do with it than what Flinders have. Great views, passable greens, pretty good bunkers, nice fairways, deep green colour all around, and a 100% Alistair MacKenzie designed hole (the coffin)
This place attracts a lot of older golfers because of the shorter distance, without the comprimisation of enjoyment and beauty.
If your in the area, do check it out. The best way to describe this golf course is enjoyable.
