There are 18 black soil scrapes with no fairway watering. The course is not maintained from the end of September every year, but remains open with the natural fairway grasses’slashed’ for play.
During the summer months, to most people other than the locals, the course would not be considered playable. Basic golf facilities here. Fees are $10
The course is located in the village of Kyancutta which has only 20 people and is 15km south-east of Wudinna which has around 550 people.
Course access is 1km south-west off the Eyre Highway in Kyancutta approximately 60m above sea level.
If you need a scorecard it is best to contact the Kyancutta General Store which are on the highway on (08) 8681 2014
The closest grass green courses are Port Lincoln, Whyalla and Port Augusta.
