What a little gem … played here on Sunday the 29th of May.
Before we even got on to the second tee we were in love with the course, It is a nice flat walk with no hills, the fairways are wide and lush, the greens are big and there are bunkers everywhere as i soon found out. The 4th hole par 3 is about 145m across the water and is worth heading over to the "nob" to tee off (lovely hole). The two par 5`s are reachable with two good hits and the par 4`s have lots of character.. The back nine play off different tee`s (some are nowhere near the front nine tee`s) and some even play a completly different fairway before joining back up to the green. the green fees are good at $20 and if you have played Royal Hobart you should play this one as it is similar but heaps cheaper.

A challenging course due to the narrowish fairways and the sandy rough. Well maintained generally.

An interesting nine hole course located near the Hobart airport. It is designed to be a linksland course and has plenty of rye-grass style rough and low scrubby bush as well as the more normal trees. The second nine uses separate tees, and for the most part, seperate fairways for the tee shots. The fairways then join and play to the same green.

It’s a full par 72 course which isn’t long but still enjoyable, and it’s something different from the predominantly generic parkland courses around Hobart.
