Measures 5188m Par 69 with six par 3s ranging from 96-210m, nine par 4s ranging from 260-389m and three par 5s ranging from 420-460m.
Course has 18 black soil scrapes with even a few bunkers which is surprising. The linear 2-hole width layout is also unique in that it circles the square-grid town centre. Apart from the pond along Tiddy Avenue somewhat comes into play, most holes are straight with the flag visible from the tee mound. Basic golf facilities here. Fees are $10
Maitland is one of the larger towns on the Yorke Peninsula with around 1000 people at approximately 200m above sea level and about 25km west of Ardrossan and 35km south of Moonta.
Course access is from Gardiner Terrace. Closest grass green is the Copperclub The Dunes at Port Hughes which has 9 holes open at the moment.
