There are 9 white sand scrapes with straight holes and no surprises. Course like others in the area are not maintained for the summer season. Barely basic golf facilities here.
Poochera is a small village of only 30 people and less than 100 people including the surrounding farms at approximately 80m above sea level.
Course access is from the bowling club on Barnes Street.
Poochera is used as a base to visit the Gawlers Ranges NP and is 60km east of Streaky Bay and about 140km south-east of Ceduna.
