I played this course today in a ladies tornoment and the course was amazing nothing like above(maybe they read the post) the course was lovely and green and obviously well looked after even the paths between the holes were easy to walk. The greeens were a pleasure to look at and even better to play. The rough is the rough and no worse than anything else I have played even better than a lot I have played. You could not even question the maintence of the course today it is obviously well looked after by thier memebers The ladies of the club held a great event and look forward to coming back next year

I played this course last week. I dont`t think the fairways had been cut for a while, and the rough was a nightmare. To be fair, they probably rely on voluntary labor of the members to maintain their course. Greens were not too bad for a small country town course.

Port MacDonnell measures 3064m Par 36 with two par 3s ranging from 155-170m, five par 4s ranging from 346-372m and two par 5s ranging from 460-480m.
There are 9 rather slow grass greens with an open and flat layout with no trees higher than 5m tall. There are no alternate front/back nine tee mounds here. All holes are fairly straight with the flag visible from the tee mound. The rough can be punishing though.
Port MacDonnell is the southernmost town in the state with around 650 people about 28km south of Mount Gambier. Course access is from Elizabeth Street.
