Measures 2554m Par 35 with two par 3s ranging from 119-132m, six par 4s ranging from 200-365m and the 9th-439m / 18th-454m.
Course has 9 black soil scrapes with alternate tee mounds for front/back nines. There are no sand or water hazards on the course. Only the 339m 1st/10th and the 275m 6th/15th use the same tee mound length.
There are 2 sharp dogleg Par 4 holes at the 330m-4th/365m-13th and the short 200m-8th/218m-17th. Up-and-back 2 holes to begin with, then you cross the fairways to play the next 2 holes around the clubhouse and church. Basic golf facilities here. Fees are $5
Riverton has around 800 people approximately 280m above sea level about 55km north of Gawler. Course access is towards the northern end of town.
Closest grass green course is the 9-holer at Kapunda or even Burra, Clare and Balaklava.
