The course is set in the foothills of the Darling Ranges, Serpentine Golf Club is 18 holes with all fairways now reticulated year round, providing excellent playing fairways.
Although the greens are sand, they are the best in the business. Tee off areas are grass. The water on the course is seasonal (apart from the dam alongside the 9th fairway) and only comes into play during the winter and early spring.

Lovely course and the sand greens certainly make it interesting !!!! I came all the way from Scotland and found the Serpentine course very charming and picturesque !!! Well worth a visit !!!
