There are 18 black soil scrapes with mostly straight holes. A few bunkers on the 12th otherwise pretty featureless layout. Fees are $10
The club has just gained access to use recycled town water and has seeded couch grass on a few of its fairways – so there is some hope for the future, however, until they have grass greens it will always off basic golf facilities. A small country club with 2 bowling greens as well.
St Arnaud has around 2500 people approximately 250m above sea level about 75km north-east of Stawell and 105km west of Bendigo along the Wimmera Highway.
Course access is about 5km north of the town centre on the road (C271) to Wycheproof (65km north).
Closest grass green course is Avoca which is about 65km south of St Arnaud on the Sunrasia Highway.
