Tally valley is the golf course you have if you've got a big farm and think it would be cool to make some greens. The members like it, I don't know what they pay. Our club plays it each year in pennants and interclub pennants, strangely we have numerous pull outs that week...

Good value course if you want to practice mid-irons. Not much opportunity for a driver. If you play on slick greens regularly you'll ruin your tempo as these greens are a few cuts longer. Overall a great little course, very scenic and relaxing and well worth the green fees! Watch the river on the left as you come down the back half of the course. Pack your fishing rod, I saw the biggest flatty and my ball retriever just wouldn't reach...!

Tally vally is a typical public course. It was nothing special but it was quite picturesqe with a river next to a couple of holes the river also claimed my ball. Overall it was a nice litle course.

Tally Valley is the friendliest club on the Gold Coast, they always look after visitors very well and are honoured by your presence. The course has good variety and is the 2nd best golf course of its class on the Gold Coast. I give it a 4 star rating for a 2 star golf course :-)
Whenever I am looking for a course to host a social group, this is always the first one I consider. And whoever is the Pennant team that has pull outs when drawn to play at Tally, they must really be up themselves. That distinct lack of team spirit would never exist at Tally.
