Timboon has 14 holes which measures 4147m Par 55 with four par 3s ranging from 124-168m, seven par 4s ranging from 256-348m and three par 5s ranging from 454-489m. To play 18 holes you play the first 3 holes again and the 6th which has the tee moved on the dogleg corner so it plays straight uphill.

Course is ok with mostly tall tree-lined fairways some bare patches, slowish greens and flat but barren teebeds. The course has 4 bunkers on the entire course.

Good holes include: the 454m Par 5 slightly downhill dogleg right 1st has tall trees lining the fairway with a bunker short left of the green, the 347m 2nd is straight back along the 1st is slightly uphill and like the 1st has tall trees lining both sides of the fairway, the 348m 4th plays straight uphill with OOB along the right and the 124m slightly uphill over a dam 7th is carved out of the tree-line with a bunker short left of the green – don’t miss the green right.

Apart from the 2nd and 4th the par 4s here are quite short, mostly unbunkered and unchallenging.

Played here 24/11/2010 with $15 green fees. Located next to Berry World near the north-western edge of the town. Timboon has a population of 1300 and the course is quite adequate for the traveller or less frequent golfers. Located about 10 minutes north of Port Campbell and 30 minutes east of Warrnambool.

A nice 14 hole course situated in an old forrest, it can play quite tough if you dont hit the fairways most of the time it will mean a lost ball. a very green and well watered course with well maintained greens but they can be a bit slow. The 4th hole is about 350?? but it is up an extremly steep hill, especially with a pull buggy, well worth a look
