Measures 3840m Par 50 (13 holes) with four par 3s ranging from 138-180m, seven par 4s ranging from 298-357m and two par 5s – the 488m dogleg right 1st with OOB left and right off the fairway with a bunker 20m short of the green, and the 428m uphill slight dogleg right 6th with OOB homes left from tee to green with a bunker 30m short right.

The course has OOB cut close to its fairways to protect homes (holes 1,2,6 and 8) and the sensitive endangered flora and fauna reserves which border the newer holes 9-12 on the scorecard. Five of the 13 holes feature bunkerless greens.

The greens here are slow, fairways are thinly covered with grassy weeds growing all over the place which is not ideal and the teebeds are a little bare.

Highlights include the 352m 7th which plays slightly downhill with 2 bunkers left and 1 bunker guarding the narrow but long green on the right. The 357m uphill dogleg right 8th with OOB right and left of the fairway to a two-tiered bunkerless green. Then you cross a quiet street to the 138m 18th with OOB on the left with 2 bunkers guarding the green short right. You then cross the clubhouse to play the new holes 9-12 with are short but challenging, especially with the OOB left and right off the fairway. The 310m 12th with its elevated tee with water left from tee to green is interesting, just don’t go too long off the right rough, as the water in front of the 9th tee comes into play.

Course has plans for 18 holes over the next 5 years http://www.vincentiagolfclub.com.au/ as you currently play holes 1-8, then the 18th, then cross over the clubhouse to play holes 9-12 (which will be holes 15-18, if or, when the full 18 holes opens!).

Played here 26/09/2010 and paid $15 green fees. It was surprising to find this course about 25km southeast of Nowra along Jervis Bay Road on the western shore of Jervis Bay. There are views of Jervis Bay from some of the higher holes.

Overall course conditioning could be much better, but still a challenge for the occasional golfer.
