The Alhoa golf course can be found in the Nueva Andalucia Urbanisation, which is 8km west of Marbella and 3km inland from Puerto Banus. Designed by Javier Arana, one of Spain’s most famous golf course architects, this 18 hole, par 72 course has narrow fairways lined by trees and difficult greens, which challenge players of all levels.
It is a natural course and the many lakes and streams dotted around make accuracy an important aspect to any game played here. The Penablanca mountain in the background along with the varied vegetation and water features make this a very pretty course to play.
