The course has changed and improved alot. The greens are great but the bunkers aren’t, when i always play there they have water in them. The course is only in good condition when it is summer.

Used to be member there & played in very wet conditions. It is a real shame that course which is such a great layout can only be in good condition twice a year. Had not played there in 2 years & nothing had been to done to improve the course & if it had it was done very poorly.

PROS

  • Great layout & views

Cons

  • Very poor condition & no one cares about it!

What an Improvment. Great conditioning on the course. Greens have improved out of sight. Challenging layout, but low handicap scoring still acheiveable. Back nine is a tough walk but the amazing veiws and holes are worth it. This course is on the improve and worth a play!

PROS

  • Great fun layout
  • challenging
  • beautful conditioning
  • back nine an absolutely delight

Cons

  • hard walk
  • lots of uneven tee boxes

Amazingly BAD course for such a large town, I don’t know what the locals do but I’d guess if you were at all serious about your golf you’d travel to Ballina or Byron or somewhere …...

2 years ago I wouild have told you without hesitation to look elsewhere for a game in that part of the world.

What a difference! Improvments in all areas and IMO the best 328 Bermuda I`ve ever putted on.

All in all an unremakable 18 hole Parkland with parallel treelined fairways. Some fairly steep hills on the back nine but the majority is flat enough to be called easy walking. Conditioning looks to be above average for a club of this size.

Uninspiring but at $30 a steal. Rates with me as "good" for the price, condition and lovely little greens.
