Played 1-18 with my son & very disappointed. After reading the reviews I was pumped to play a good course. We paid $40 to play half a course from the visitors tees. The 2nd hole is 419m so I would normally be hitting a driver but we were teeing off at 311m so Im hitting 3 iron. I like shorter par 4s where you can hit iron but courses play much differently when the tees are up. On 15, a par 5, I hit driver & 7 iron pin high…what a joke! We were in front of the womens tees on nearly every hole! The greens were a bit bumpy but pretty good considering they were cored not too long ago.The bunkers had no sand & were ordinary. Only par 3 I liked was the 17th & it was only a 9 iron into the wind. I actually shot a big score even though the course was not difficult. I couldn’t get into it at all & found the course boring. I wont be back, hopefully Bermagui will offer more tomorrow.
