The West Course is one of Australia’s premier golf courses consistently rated amongst the Top 100 in the country.
The members of The Grange Golf Club set out to build a golf course that would equal the best there was to offer in South Australia. That has been well and truly achieved. We hope as you play this magnificent but challenging layout that some of the magic that Greg Norman found rubs off on you.

Grange West has just been through a major workover, getting it ready for the Eisenhower in 2008. The club engaged Mike Clayton Golf Designs to manage the makeover. Mike made suttle changes to the course replaced all eighteen Greens and reshaped a few fairways. He reccommended that the shrubs and trees be thinned and raised off the ground, opening up the course He straightened out a few holes as much as he could so the pins were in sight from the tee, something he likes to do. The end product is a new feel course that is going to be a test to all. Club Members found it easy at first but there were some late inclusions planned if this eventuated. Some new tees were put down that lengthens the course considerably and scores have been drifting ever since. The course is built in the sandbelt area of Adelaide opposite AAMI stadium To stand on the 11th Green at dusk and look around is like being in golfers heaven it is trully a wonderous sight
