Precept has taken core softness one step further with the development of a unique blend of rubber compounds molded into the Muscle-Fiber Core, while maintaining optimum performance characteristics.

Having played a large number of different golf balls over the last two years (I'm a 21 handicapper, so the type of ball I play isn't one of my fundamental problems or issues) I've narrowed my favourites down to two: the Laddie and the Maxfli Noodle.

The Precept Laddie comes off my clubs feeling solid, but with plenty of give and a nice 'soft' sound. It's definitely not like hitting a piece of metal, like some of the distance balls out there! It seems to both fly a reasonable distance and give me confidence that it will stop on the greens when I can hit them.

I do prefer the Noodle as it seems to travel further than the Laddie, even on mishits (sounds like an ad in a magazine) but if I don't have one of them in the bag then the Laddie does just fine.

I have played wityh the Laddie for several months and am impressed with the overall length and feel that I get from this ball. With my slower swing I need every help I can get and the Laddie is one of the best to suit my game.

Stumbled across this ball and have played a few rounds with it. Definitely one of the softess quality ball I've played with by far. Also has great overall distance even for non-big hitters like me. Fully recommendable for all types of players.

I really like this ball. I got some nice distance from this ball, drives averaged 10 metres longer that usual, but was fairly soft and didn't feel like i was hitting a piece of metal.

Being a distance ball, it didn't check up like a spin ball, but was better than other 'distance' balls.

Cover is durable, a given from a distance ball, but overall, my favourite distance ball. Has better durablity over the Nike Super Soft ball which it is matched to.

I don't use a full swing as yet (being a high handicapper) - I have a slow evenly controlled swing from backswing to foreswing. I find I get about 10-20 yards more with this ball than other standard ones. I really like this ball.

If you are a high handicapper I highly recommend this ball - :)

A much better ball than the MC Lady.

One thing I noticed straight away was the color of the ballÖ. nice and white as compared to the dull of the MC Lady. TrivialÖ.

The Laddie comes off harder off the face than the MC does, which suits me fine, coz itís still quite soft compared to the other ëdistanceí balls out there.

Prob a tad firmer than the Noodle, but performs just as nicely. Fairly easy to control on the little shotsÖitís not a spin ball, so donít expect too much check on the cute shotsÖ.

All in all, itís a great performing ball, with similar playing characteristic to the Maxfli Noodle.

Mau.
