Strata have used the right two words to name this ball, as the ball does seem to control like it is hit by a professional. I play off eight and felt my shots really hold their ground. It seems the ball doesn't really soar or spin heaps like a lot of top balls but has low rotation and interestingly will take two or three bounding bounces then pretty well drop dead still. Saw this effect from my 2 iron to my sand wedge. The pro control is a great ball around the greens, really allowing you to attack the flag. The only misgiving with this ball is that it does seem to be a bit shorter than the srixon ball I have been using. I'd say the professional control would be a great ball for a mid to high handicapper, and a low handicapper who hasn't a big ego.
