The Big Bertha C4 Driver is different from any driver Callaway Golf has ever made and many golfers will appreciate the difference it will make to their game. C4 refers to the Compression Cured Carbon Composite material used in the face and body of the Big Bertha C4 Driver.

The new Big Bertha C4 Ultralight graphite shaft is 45.5 inches long, weighs just 53 grams, and the tip diameter is a generous 0.400 inch to maintain stability and durability.

Purchased the C4 18 months ago and was impressed with the look and feel of the club. Compared to the huge 460 heads available the 360 head of the C4 is not as daunting, though still providing a large face. The club performs exceptionally well, providing both distance and control. I opted for the 12 degree loft, and in doing so have removed my seldom used 3 wood from the bag. I would recommend this club to any golfer, confident they would be as impressed as I am.

Tried this about 18 months ago, and performed excellently, but at ~ $800 was way out of my league. Saw one for sale in local golf shop, second-hand, for $250, in excellent condition, so bought it. Have used it now for 3 rounds, and found that by using my usual swing speed, I was hitting down the left side of the fairway, the last 2 rounds i slowed the swing down and have been hitting ~230 metres carry with 10+ metres roll, my previous driver hit about the same carry, but I got no roll. The best thing is that my back is not as 'tired' as following most rounds, because of the slower, probably smoother swing.

Light at first but once you get a hold of it ...nice. The large sweet spot has helped with my consistancy. Im finally outdriving my mates!!!

Nice feel, good look. (Hcp 17)

It's light, looks like something from the space program and hits the ball a mile. Once you get past how light this club is and adjust to the feel you will be amazed at how sweatly you can hit a ball with minimal effort. It's very forgiving and gives excellent feedback for golfers looking for a club with great feel. I would recommend this driver to anyone provided you are prepared to work at getting it right. Trust me though the rewards are worth the effort.
