I recently started using the Wilson True Tour balls on a regular basis. They don't seem to deviate as much from the clubface as the Pro V1 from Titleist and so are easier to control (for me). I'm not sure how they affect putting as I still miss a few (lots?) but they stop quickly and feel good off the clubface so I really like them.

I bought a sleeve of Wilson True Tour middle of last year, and only had a nine hole hit with it, before retiring them to the room for nightly putting practice. Last Friday, I decided to take the 9-hole-old pill out for another hit, and lo and behold, I came back with a 35 (2 birds-2 bogeys) :)

The ball is fairly longÖ(not anyway near to the Noodle tho), and seems to really come off the face hard. I donít really believe the hype of how the balanced core will help the putting, but I think the difference can be seen when youíre hitting your iron shots. It doesnít deviate that much. Apart from 2 fat approach shots, all my irons were tracking right on line to the green. That was damn impressive.

Despite itís ëhard-feelingí cover, it seems to chip well with a fair bit of bite. Which is good coz theyíve made the greens here a little firmer and fasterÖ :D

All in all...a good mid-priced ball to try...it's defn worth a shot at!!!
