Baddeley will miss Byron Nelson Championship

Aaron Baddeley has not been able to play in any tournaments in the last month due to an injured ankle. After missing the Wachovia Championships last week, Badds saw the Arizona Diamondbacks’ baseball team’s head orthopaedic surgeon and had some x-rays taken. Badds has a “high ankle sprain” and will have a MRI this week. You can make a lot of progress quickly with this kind of injury and Baddeley is definitely well on his way to recovering. He has been doing a lot of rehabilitation and light workouts. Badds feels positive things are moving in the right direction and he will be back on track soon.
Although Badds has been able to do some chipping and putting practice he is unable to play in any tournaments for the next couple weeks. Unfortunately this means Aaron will not be playing in the Byron Nelson Championship’ this week.
