Dier stays three stroke clear of the field

Tobias Dier closed with an eagle at the 18th hole to stay three strokes ahead of the field after the third round of the TNT Open. Dier carded back to back 67’s to move to -16 for the tournament.
Padraig Harrington and Mark Roe are tied for second while Aussie Peter Lonard and Pierre Fulke are four strokes off the lead in fourth place. Defending champion Bernhard Langer shot a 69 for the second straight day and is 1-under for the tournament.
While Peter Lonard leads the Australasian assualt, Jarrod Moseley sits just two strokes behind Lonard at -10 and in 8th place. Moseley fired a third round 67 to back up his 66 and 67 from the first and second rounds.
Scott Gardiner moved into the top 20 with a 65 and closed the day at -6, ten strokes off the pace. Nick O’Hern claimed 36th place with a 69, Stephen Leaney, Greg Turner and Peter O’Malley closed at equal 40th and Lucas Parsons is at 65th.
