IN: News | Australasian PGA | MasterCard Masters (2003) | Final Round | by Bruce Young | 07 Dec 2003

It's often said that the Masters doesn't start until the final nine holes on Sunday and while it may not necessarily have been this Masters they were referring to it is certainly going to apply here at Huntingdale today.

With the final group of Allenby and Nitties currently playing the fifth hole, seventeen players are within four shots of the lead and six players with a shot of the lead. it will be some sort of dogfight over the final nine to determine the winner.

The final round is being played in perfect conditions under blue skies, warm temperatures and just a gentle breeze.

Craig Parry at ten under holds a one shot lead over Robert Allenby and Adam Scott at nine under, Scott is there courtesy of his brilliant start where he was out in 30 including a bogey at his third hole.

Parry is now four under for the day through seven holes and has taken the lead in his quest to make it four gold jackets.
