Peter Senior still has a five shot lead at the Australian PGA Championship but the story of the day is that of 23-year-old South Australian Wade Ormsby who, with just two holes to go, is at eight under for the day and in outright second place at twelve under for the tournament. Craig Parry and Rod Pampling have made steady progress on day three with both players now at 11 under and six back of Senior.

Greg Norman has just finished his round and with a 66 today and has given himself an outside chance at victory although it will take a lot of very good players to have bad days for that to happen.

Jean Van de Velde is also having a good day at four under through 10 holes to sit in equal 5th place at ten under alongside Stephen Allan and Clearwater Classic winner Ryan Palmer.
