Australia's Jason Moon leads Asian Tour Q-School

Australian Jason Moon carded a seven-under-par 65 to take the first round lead in the Asian PGA Qualifying School, Stage One at Palm Resort Golf and Country Club.
Moon leads by one stroke over compatriot Richard Moir and Korea’s Choi Jin-ho while Kim Woo-hyun of Korea was a further shot back after returning a 67. Japan’s Tomoo Bise carded a 68 for fifth place.
The top 140 players and ties will make the cut tomorrow for the last two rounds where the top-40 and ties will then qualify for the all-important Final Stage next week.
The Final Stage, to be staged also at Palm Resort, will see the top 40 finishers and ties earning playing privileges on the Asian PGA Tour.
