Greg Norman, whose schedule has been limited in the past year due to injuries, has joined the field for The Honda Classic, a PGA TOUR event which will be held March 11-14, 2004 at the Country Club at Mirasol.
It will be the first time that Norman, who lives in nearby Hobe Sound, has played The Honda Classic since 1996 when the tournament was at Eagle Trace in Coral Springs.
Norman was limited to just 10 events in 2003 and has played just once so far in 2004. He finished 68th in last month’s Heineken Classic in Australia.
The 2004 Honda Classic has also received recent commitments from defending champion Justin Leonard, John Daly, Jim Furyk, Jesper Parnevik, Mark Calcavecchia, Kenny Perry, David Toms and many of the other greatest names in golf.
