Pisani, Mi-Sun Cho win MasterCard Junior Masters

The winners of the MasterCard Junior Masters golf tournament are Ben Pisani from Queensland and Mi-Sun Cho, a Korean national living in Victoria. The two junior golfers will realise their lifelong dream and earn a place in sporting history when they compete alongside their heroes in up-coming professional tournaments later this year.
Ben will compete in the MasterCard Masters golf tournament at Huntingdale Golf Club, while Mi-Sun will play in the ANZ Ladies’ Masters.
Ben, who plays from scratch, finished on four under, with a course-equaled record of 66. Mi-Sun scored a course record of 65 to end up 13 under for the tournament. Both players displayed captivating golfing prowess to secure a winning lead over top junior golfers from Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, The Philippines, Korea and Singapore.

The MasterCard Masters will be held at Huntingdale golf course from 9th – 12th December, 2004. The ANZ Ladies’ Masters will be held at the Pines Resort from 24th – 27th February 2005 (date TBC).
