Sheehan leads Tsuruya Open

Australian Paul Sheehan continues on his merry way in Japan by leading after round one of the Tsuruya Open today. His opening 64 on the par 71 Yamanohara Golf Club's layout in Hyogo Prefecture in south west Honshu, has him three ahead of second placed Makoto Inoue. Five players are one further back.
The next best of the Australians in the field is Craig Jones at 2 under with Steve Conran at 1 under.
Sheehan is now in his third season on the Japan Golf Tour has two victories there. He finished 4th on the Japan Golf Tour money list in 2004.
