Aussies end UK tour with top 10 finish

Stacey Keating and Julia Boland have shared an equal sixth finish at the Irish Stroke Play Championship today.
The duo both shot final round 74’s to end the tournament at Douglas Golf Club on 2 over 221 while fellow AIS member Rebecca Flood completed her overseas tour in 14th position on 8 over 227.
The win was decided in a seven-hole playoff between Ireland’s Lisa Maguire and England’s Hannah Burke. The two round leader, Maguire eventually prevailed with a birdie, coolly slotting a downhill slider for the victory.
In the teams’ event, Australia finished second, five shots off the winners, Scotland.
