Delays in Panama

The first event on the 2011 Nationwide Tour, the Panama Open, is being played at the Panama Golf Club in Panama City and after a disruption for weather and darkness on day one the tournament has still to reach the halfway stage.
The remainder of round two will be played on Saturday morning with Kyle Reifers currently leading at 9 under par although many golfers have played less than nine holes of their second round and the leaderboard could well take on a different look when all players have completed 36 holes.
Several Australasians are well placed however with Mathew Goggin, Gavin Coles and Alistair Presnell tied in 4th position at 6 under par. Presnell put together a round of 65, the equal best to date of round two.
Won Joon Lee and New Zealander Danny Lee are in 11th place at 4 under although both have at least nine holes to play tomorrow and the chance to improve their position.
Ewan Porter and Adam Bland at 1 under and Scott Gardiner and Andrew Buckle at even par are the next best.
