Champions Tour spreads the message

The Champions Tour makes one of its rare trips outside of the USA when this week it plays the Songdo IBD Championship at the Jack Nicklaus Golf Club in Songdo in Korea.
So named because of the support of the International Business District on reclaimed land near the port of Incheon, the event is being played for the second occasion following Russ Cochran’s victory last year.
The field of 80 boasts the leading nine of the leading ten players on this year’s money list including the defending champion Cochran and the money list leader Tom Lehman.
Peter Senior, who is currently 8th on the 2011 money list with earnings of $US1,014,000, is the only Australian in the field.
