Hickmott makes it to Stage Two in Europe

BY Bruce Young | 15 Sep 2012

Luke Hickmott has graduated to Stage Two of qualifying for the 2013 European Tour following the completion of Stage One qualifying at his venue in Austria.

Hickmott finished tied for 7th and with 15 players and ties advancing to Stage Two the Victorian is comfortably through.

Fellow Australians Josh White and Dillon Hart unfortunately missed out.

More qualifying will take place this week in both England and Germany. In Crewe in England, Rika Batibasaga, Scot Arnold, Andrew Kelly, Tarquin McManus and New Zealander Trevor Arnold will tee it up while in Germany no Australasians are in the field.

A further four venues will be in use over the next two weeks before those making it through to Stage Two in early November are finalised.
