Stage One PGA Tour qualifying complete

BY Bruce Young | 29 Oct 2012

Stage One qualifying for the PGA Tour has been completed with results now in from the final four venues across the USA and three more Australians are through to Stage Two.

Victorian Bryden Macpherson, the 2011 British Amateur Champion finished 6th at his venue in Florida.

Marcus Both was 11th and David McKenzie 14th at their venue in Beaumont in California.

They were the good news stories but for Sydney’s Jamie Arnold the result was the opposite. Arnold bogeyed his final hole at his venue in Georgia to miss out by one shot.

Stage Two qualifying begins at six venues in mid November.
