Eight Australians earn Asian Tour status

Eight Australians have earned status on the 2013 Asian Tour following the completion of the Qualifying School today.

Tim Stewart (3rd), David Lutterus (6th), Adam Groom (12th), Ryan McCarthy and Matt Jager (21st) and Sam Brazel, Matt Stieger and Jake Higginbottom (31st) have all finished inside the all important top 40 and have earned the right to play in Asia this year.

Only Stewart and Groom have been previous members of the Asian Tour.

The first event they will be eligible for is the Myanmar Open beginning on Feb 21st.
