Eccles takes NSW Amateur Championship

Victorian golfer Ben Eccles has emerged the winner of the NSW Amateur Championship at Royal Sydney today after accounting for Bonnie Doon golfer Troy Moses in the 36 hole final by the margin of 2&1.
Eccles was up early in his match and never headed but Moses stayed close throughout before the match finished at the 35th hole.
For 18 year old Eccles, from the Bellarine Peninsula south west of Melbourne and the Club Champion at Torquay Sands, it is yet another indication of his immense promise.
