American Stacy Lewis won her 6th LPGA Tour event, five of which have come in the past twelve months, when, in demanding conditions at the Sentosa Golf Club in Singapore, she held off Na Yeon Choi by one and Paula Creamer by two to win the LPGA’s HSBC Women’s Champions event.

Lewis moves back ahead of Inbee Park to the 3rd position in the Rolex World Ranking behind Yani Tseng and Choi.

The story of the week however was the bounce-back by Ariya Jutanguran who finished 4th seven days after a meltdown at the final hole of the Thailand Open in her home country cost her the title there and the chance to join the LPGA Tour.

It was a brilliant recovery by the 17 year old who has now finished inside the top four in three of four starts in 2013.

She continues her rapid rise up the world ranking and is now in 40th position.

Karrie Webb recorded one of only three sub 70 rounds on day four and finished in a share of 18th.
