Watt and Oh lead Riversdale Cup

Brady Watt continues his remarkable run in amateur golf, the West Australian leading the Riversdale Cup through 36 holes at the Riversdale Golf Club in Melbourne.
Watt added a second round of 70 today to lead by three over Auckland golfer Sam An with a further shot back to a large group of Australian golfers namely Geoff Drakeford, Nathan Gatehouse, Dylan Perry, James Gibellini and Ruben Sondjaja.
Watt won the Keperra Bowl event in October, finished runner-up to Oliver Goss at the WA Open, was again runner up at the Master of the Amateurs in addtion to leading the Australians to victory at the recent Ten Nations Cup in South Africa.
The final 36 holes will be played over the weekend.
In the Women’s version of the event, pre tournament favourite, Su Hyun Oh, leads by three over Tatiana Wijaya with another four shots back to Grace Lennon.
Oh was recently runner-up to Karrie Webb at the Volvik RACV Ladies Masters on the Gold Coast.
