Steve Allan continues to lead the Australians as the field at the Web.Com Tour qualifying heads into the final 36 holes in la Quinta in California.

Allan continued his rollercoaster week adding a 4th round of 66 to his earlier rounds of 72 65 and 75 to be in 23rd position at 10 under although a massive 11 shots behind the leader American Scott Pinckney.

Scott Hend birdied five of his last eight hoes to move into contention for one of the 45 cards handed out at the completion of all six rounds with a 4th round of 66 to be in 38th position.

Hend is currently 2nd on the Asian Tour money list in 2013 with earnings of US$571,000 but with a home base in Florida he has been keen to get back to the PGA Tour and this is a start in that process.
US based Coolangatta professional Jake Younan has recovered from a horror opening round of 77 to be in 49th position.

Peter Lonard finished his round of 69 strongly to keep his slim hopes alive in 92nd position although will likely need a combined total of 7 under over his closing 36 holes if he is to have any chance of playing the Web.Com Tour next year. He shares 92nd position with New Zealander Mark Brown.

Mitch Krywulycz is in 135th position and his chances gone.

Daniel Popovic, originally an entrant, withdrew prior to the event.
