Daikin Amateur Night Golf Shootout returns for 2006

Amateurs are invited to play for a chance to win a spot in the Greater Building Society Qld PGA Championship 2006 Pro Am playing with one of Australia’s leading Professionals.
As a lead up to the Daikin Night Shootout, a part of the Greater Building Society Qld PGA Championship 2006 “Week of Golf”, Emerald Lakes Golf Club and Daikin Australia Pty Ltd will be again hosting the Daikin Amateur Night Golf Shootout commencing Friday August 4th to Monday 9th October.
Qualifying rounds will be held every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday evening with tee times available from 5.30pm. The “Golf under Lights” competition is played as a Single Stableford over 9 holes on Emerald Lakes par 36 floodlit back nine. Each week the overall winner of the Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday competitions will gain entry into the Final held on Saturday 14th October.
Weekly winners will have a chance to win prizes valued at over $300, with the winner of the Final to win a spot in the Greater Building Society Queensland PGA Championship 2006 Pro Am playing with one of Australia’s leading professionals, plus a fully installed Daikin Air Conditioner for the school of their choice and other sensational prizes.
This competition gives amateurs the opportunity to play like the Professionals do at Emerald Lakes Golf Club, the Home of the Queensland PGA Championship. Entry fee is only $29 per person and includes:- Golf Under Lights, green fee, dinner voucher and driving range balls.
